Cocoa Arts is a new concept in art specialising in the promotion of art from Africa and The Diaspora. Founded in 2005, by Independent Curator, Annabelle Mu’azu, Cocoa Arts is an experienced and resourceful art consultancy and web-based Art Gallery.  With a consultation team with particularly strong links in West Africa, Europe and the Caribbean, we offer a unique combination of experience, specialist art knowledge and a quality service.

We work with established artists and search for exciting emerging artists on the verge of international recognition. Important to our ethos is diversity and interaction with artists from all corners of the world, we therefore promote artists from outside our area of expertise.

We are passionate about art and our desire is to have authentic pieces be seen as an investment.  We assist our clients in buying unique pieces of art and support our artists by promoting their creativity, by various mediums including online exhibitions, exhibiting at partner institutions and at selected international art fairs. We actively promote our artists by bringing the artist and buyer together.

Cocoa Arts seeks to diffuse the mysticism and elitism associated with buying Contemporary African and Diaspora Art by making collecting exquisite pieces of original art a simple but most importantly, a pleasurable experience.
