Cocoa Arts is dedicated to bringing excellent quality art from new and established artists from the African Continent, Diaspora and beyond.  We actively travel, visiting artists’ studios, shows and exhibitions, so you are guaranteed a unique piece of artwork that will yield you both great visual pleasure and long term investment benefits.

On receipt of your order, we will contact you by your preferred form of contact – email or phone.

Payment

We currently only accept cheques.

Delivery Information

Packaging

Artworks are packed to a high standard and is insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery.

Delivery Process

After your order has been processed and the artist contacted, you will be sent an email to confirm that the above has been completed. The average time for an artwork to be delivered to you is 14 days from confirmation of your payment and your delivery address. But if artworks are coming from Africa, or are commissioned pieces, this process may take up to 4 weeks, but we will advise you if this is the case.

Postage is calculated according to the destination and the packing method, size, weight and insurance. Items are delivered by a reputable worldwide express courier firm. You will be contacted to confirm delivery charges.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you decide not to purchase your artwork, simply contact Cocoa Arts within 7 days of receipt and you may return it for an exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the painting, less shipping costs.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your email and all personal details are strictly confidential and will not be used for other marketing purposes.

Copyright

Although the artwork’s title of ownership will be transferred to you upon receipt, COPYRIGHT REMAINS THE PROPERTY OF THE ARTIST.
